Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, March 2026 – Ketan Prajapati has joined Iscon Balaji Foods as Head of Information Technology, marking a significant leadership addition as the organization continues to scale its operations and strengthen its technology backbone across its integrated agri-food value chain.
In his new role, Ketan will lead the IT function, driving digital transformation, strengthening IT infrastructure, and enabling scalable, secure, and efficient technology systems to support the company’s rapid growth across domestic and international markets.
Prior to joining Iscon Balaji Foods, Ketan served as Head of Information Technology at Zenex Animal Health, where he led enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT service management, supporting business expansion and operational efficiency.
He previously spent nearly a decade at Accenture in India, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Head of IT Infrastructure for Zydus Lifesciences Limited. During this tenure, he played a critical role in managing large-scale IT infrastructure, driving digital initiatives, and ensuring robust technology operations for one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
Earlier in his career at Accenture, he worked as a SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, contributing to enterprise-wide SAP implementations and transformation projects, helping organizations modernize their core systems and improve operational effectiveness.
Ketan began his professional journey as a SAP Consultant at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where he built strong foundational expertise in enterprise systems, SAP implementation, and business process integration.
