Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, April 2025 – Khalid Alqahtani has joined TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing as the new Head of Human Resources. In this role, he will lead HR initiatives and strategies to support business growth, optimize people operations, and foster a high-performance and innovative workplace culture across the organization.
Prior to this, Khalid served as Human Resources Manager at NEXT LEVEL INTERNATIONAL, where he led key HR programs including performance management, policy development, payroll processing, and talent acquisition. His strategic and operational leadership contributed significantly to the enhancement of employee engagement and regulatory compliance.
He is also currently engaged as a Freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Recruiter at Trivers, adding a flexible talent scouting dimension to his profile. Earlier, Khalid held the position of HR Manager at Alkhaila Investment, where he oversaw end-to-end HR functions, including compensation strategy, organizational development, and training programs.
Previously, he built foundational experience as an HR Generalist and HR Specialist at leading organizations like TASNEE and Network Operation Co. LTD, gaining valuable expertise in policy implementation, employee development, and benefits management. His career reflects more than a decade of consistent progression and impact in the HR domain.
