Dallas, Texas, United States, August 2024 – Kimberlee M. has joined VitalCaring Group as the new Vice President Human Resources. With extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic initiatives, Kimberlee will oversee all human resources functions, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy implementation.
Kimberlee M. most recently served as Senior Director People Strategy and Initiatives at ScionHealth for approximately 1.5 years. In this role, she was instrumental in leading HR strategies and initiatives following the acquisition of Cornerstone Healthcare Group, where she had served as Senior Director of HR Operations for around 3 years and as Director of HR Operations and Onboarding for nearly 2 years. Her efforts focused on improving HR operations, onboarding processes, and integrating HR strategies across the organization.
Prior to Cornerstone Healthcare Group, Kimberlee was at Kindred Healthcare for over 7 years. She held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Market Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator. In these positions, she developed talent acquisition strategies, managed HR operations, and supported market-level HR functions.
Kimberlee’s earlier career includes experience as a Human Resources Administrator/Recruiter at Annex Incorporated for nearly 2 years, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Vici Marketing, LLC for almost 4 years. In these roles, she gained valuable experience in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
