Vadodara, Gujarat, India, February 2026 – Kinjal Panchal has joined INOXGFL Group as General Manager – HR & Admin, strengthening the Group’s people leadership as it advances its position as one of India’s leading integrated green conglomerates.
In her new role, Kinjal will lead people strategy, industrial relations, and organisational effectiveness at the site level, aligning HR governance with business priorities. With deep expertise in managing complex manufacturing environments, she is known for balancing operational excellence with employee well-being while driving sustainable growth through strong leadership alignment and robust HR frameworks.
Prior to joining INOXGFL Group, Kinjal served as Dy. General Manager – Human Resources at Hikal Ltd, where she advised on and strategised employment policies while building HR capability and professional standards across the organisation. Earlier, she was Deputy General Manager – Human Resources at Zydus Group, leading HR for two manufacturing plants, and Head of Human Resources at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where she oversaw end-to-end HR strategy, performance systems, and workforce planning.
Her earlier career includes key leadership roles at Deepak Group Co, where she managed a complete HR greenfield project, established HR and administration frameworks, and successfully concluded a long-term union settlement. She has also held HR leadership and generalist roles at Abbott Nutrition NL, Amcor, EURECAT India Catalyst Services Pvt Ltd, Novartis India, LANXESS, and Jhagadia Copper Limited, building strong capabilities across talent acquisition, statutory compliance, contract labour management, industrial relations, and HR automation.
