Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 – Kiran Malik has been promoted to Regional HR Director – Talent, Leadership and Performance (GCC) at DP World, marking a significant progression in her leadership journey within the organization. In this elevated role, she will drive the GCC-wide agenda for leadership development, talent strategy, and performance excellence, strengthening DP World’s capability to build future-ready leaders and high-performing teams.
Over nearly three years with DP World, Kiran has consistently expanded her impact across the talent and leadership landscape. She most recently served as Senior Manager – Talent, Leadership & Performance (GCC Region) for close to two years, after contributing as Talent & Succession Lead for over a year. Earlier, as Global Talent Development Consultant, she spearheaded the Global Corporate Values Campaign across 8 regions and 45+ locations, enabled more than 80 engagement-focused initiatives, and played a pivotal role in shaping career management frameworks and leadership readiness programs.
Prior to rejoining DP World, Kiran spent about a year at Amazon as Talent Development Partner – MENA, where she supported leadership capability-building across the region. Her foundational experience was built at Emirates, contributing to learning design, performance standards, and large-scale L&D transformation, followed by over four years at Nestlé S.A., where she led performance excellence initiatives, HR KPI frameworks, and organization-wide development cycles.
An alumna of King’s College London with an MSc in Human Resource & Organizational Analysis, Kiran blends analytical rigor with practitioner insight, positioning her strongly to shape DP World’s next phase of leadership and performance transformation in the GCC.
