Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, May 2024 – Kishore Kumar Raju Tirumalaraju is excited to announce that he has started a new position as Director – HR & Operations at Innocito. In this new role, Kishore will be responsible for steering the HR function, driving people strategy, and overseeing operations to support the company’s growth and innovation.
Before joining Innocito, Kishore served as Human Resources Manager at AlgoLeap Technologies Private Limited from November 2022 to March 2023. In this role, he excelled in customer relationship management, analytical skills, and performance management, contributing to the company’s HR transformation and operations.
Prior to AlgoLeap, Kishore spent over three years at AT&T as an HR Operation professional from March 2019 to November 2022. His responsibilities included managing payroll administration, strategic human resource planning, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Kishore’s attention to detail and strong communication skills were key to his success in this role.
From May 2015 to March 2019, Kishore worked as an HR Executive at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed the on-boarding process, employee benefits, and exit formalities. He played a critical role in maintaining the HR database, coordinating background verification checks, and generating various HR-related letters and reports.
Kishore also gained valuable experience as an HR Administrator at AT&T from May 2012 to May 2015, where he managed the back-end HR process, including offer letters, background verification, and data management in PeopleSoft.
Earlier in his career, Kishore held positions at Kenexa, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and other companies, where he honed his skills in hiring, HR information systems, and recruitment.
