With extensive experience in leadership development, strategy consulting, and training, Sunil brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Kotak Life team. His most recent role was as a Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator of Leadership Development and Strategy Consultant in a self-employed capacity. His vast experience and leadership skills make him an excellent fit for Kotak Life, and the team looks forward to his innovative contributions.
Sunil Arora has built an impressive career in training and development. He joins Kotak Life from his self-employed consultancy, where he spent approximately 9 months coaching and facilitating leadership development, strategy consulting, and performance enhancement workshops.
Before this, he was the Associate Director of Product & Strategy at Turtlemint for around 7 months, based in Mumbai. Sunil also held the position of Zone Head – Strategic Initiatives at Max Life Insurance Company Limited for about 3 years. Prior to that, he spent nearly 5 years as the AVP & Zone Head L&D at Max Skill First Limited in New Delhi.
Sunil’s earlier roles include Regional Head – Training at Max Life Insurance Company Limited for almost 9 years. He has also held managerial roles at Nicholas Piramal (I) Ltd./ Roche Products Ltd., Parenteral Drugs (I) Ltd., Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, and GSK.
