Koushalya R Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Lifesigns

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, November 2025 — Koushalya R has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Lifesigns, a pioneering health-tech company known for its real-time intelligent patient monitoring solutions across hospitals, ambulances, and home care. In her new role, Koushalya will lead the HR strategy to support Lifesigns’ rapid growth and innovation journey, driving a people-first culture that enables excellence, agility, and high performance.

Before joining Lifesigns, Koushalya R served at Ather Energy for nearly five years, where she most recently held the position of Director & Head – Talent Partnering (R&D). She played a pivotal role in shaping Ather’s R&D workforce strategy, focusing on organizational capability building, succession planning, and talent analytics. Earlier at Ather, she served as General Manager & Head of Talent Partnering (Engineering & Product Management), leading large-scale HR transformation and culture initiatives in alignment with the company’s innovation-driven business model.

Prior to Ather, she was Senior Manager – Human Resources at Tata Communications, where she led workforce planning, leadership coaching, and succession initiatives to support digital transformation goals.

Koushalya’s longest stint was with Infosys Technologies Ltd, where she spent over eight years as Unit Manager – Human Resources, leading HR delivery for large business units and driving enterprise-wide initiatives in change management, organizational development, and strategic talent programs.

She began her career with TalentPro India as Executive – Human Resources and later worked with Mphasis (an HP Company) as Analyst – HR, where she specialized in employee relations and HR operations.
