Kozhikode, Kerala, India, November 2025 — Krishna Kumar Nambiar has joined Boby Chemmanur International Group as Chief Human Resources Officer, marking a significant leadership addition as the Group continues to strengthen its people strategy, organizational culture, and nationwide growth momentum. In this role, he will lead enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on workforce engagement, performance governance, talent development, and operational excellence across the Group’s diverse business verticals.
Krishna brings over 25 years of rich experience in human resources, administration, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across hospitality, retail, and large service organizations, along with a distinguished early career in the Indian Air Force. His people-first approach, coupled with strategic HR execution, has consistently helped organizations build stronger, future-ready talent and culture ecosystems.
In his most recent role at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Krishna served as Senior Manager – HR & Administration, leading operational HR strategy, employee engagement programs, and HR governance across resort operations in Kerala.
Before that, at AJFAN International, he served as National HR Head – India, where he drove end-to-end HR transformation, organizational design, and standardization of people processes across multiple business regions.
Earlier, as Assistant Vice President – HR & Administration at Centreal Bazaar, he led large-scale HR operations, workforce planning, leadership capability development, and policy integration across the retail chain’s growing network.
In his earlier career, Krishna held the position of Head of HR & Admin at Cochin Trade Links, contributing to organizational restructuring and people development. Prior to entering the corporate sector, he served an impactful 19-year tenure in the Indian Air Force (Ministry of Defence) as Assistant Administrative Officer, where he honed his expertise in personnel management, administration, and disciplined operational leadership.
