New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, June 2026 — Integreon has appointed Krishna Nacha as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing onboard a highly accomplished global business leader with more than three decades of experience spanning business process services, technology-enabled operations, sales leadership, business transformation, outsourcing, and enterprise growth.
Nacha assumes leadership of Integreon at a pivotal time as organizations increasingly seek innovative, technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve business performance, and scale in an AI-powered business environment. Under his leadership, Integreon aims to further strengthen its position as a premier provider of legal, creative, compliance, and business support services, leveraging its deep domain expertise and process excellence to help clients thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
Prior to joining Integreon, Nacha served as Head of Americas at Iron Mountain, where he led one of the company’s most significant regional businesses. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving growth, customer success, operational excellence, and strategic transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of solutions and services, helping organizations manage information, assets, and digital transformation programs more effectively.
Before Iron Mountain, Nacha spent nearly a decade with Wipro Limited as Head of Enterprise BPO & Operations Transformation, leading large-scale business process transformation initiatives and helping global enterprises improve operational efficiency through technology-enabled solutions. His leadership played a significant role in advancing Wipro’s business process services capabilities and delivering measurable outcomes for clients across industries.
Earlier in his career, Nacha held senior executive positions with EXL Service, where he served as Chief Commercial, Sales & Marketing Officer and Member of the Executive Committee, and with Capgemini as Regional Business Head. He also held leadership roles at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where he led operations in Canada and managed insurance and healthcare business segments, and began his corporate journey with Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Coats India, building a strong foundation in sales, business development, and market leadership.
A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, where he earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance, and National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where he completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication, Nacha combines deep business acumen with strong technological and operational expertise. His appointment reflects Integreon’s commitment to accelerating growth, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to clients worldwide.
