BENGALURU, KARNATAKA, INDIA, July 2026 — Stovekraft Limited has appointed Subhadeep Pal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to accelerate growth, enhance operational excellence, and expand its footprint across domestic and international markets.
In his new role, Subhadeep will be responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy and execution, partnering with business leaders to create long-term value, optimizing capital allocation for organic and inorganic growth opportunities, strengthening governance frameworks, and enhancing shareholder returns. He will also focus on building finance capabilities while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to support Stovekraft’s next phase of growth.
Subhadeep brings over two decades of diverse finance leadership experience spanning consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, treasury, internal audit, business planning, governance, and strategic finance.
Prior to joining Stovekraft, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where he led strategic and operational finance across multiple business entities and manufacturing assets. During his tenure, he was responsible for finance, taxation, treasury, business planning, manufacturing finance, R&D finance, risk management, internal controls, mergers and acquisitions, and secretarial functions, supporting the company’s growth across domestic and international pharmaceutical markets.
Before Synokem, Subhadeep spent over eight years with Sanofi, holding several senior finance leadership roles including Head – Internal Audit & Internal Control Lead, Head Finance South Asia – Vaccines (Sanofi Pasteur), Head Finance South Asia Industrial Sites & Pharma Development Centres, and Associate Director – Industrial Affairs Controlling South Asia. In these positions, he played a key role in strengthening financial governance, supporting manufacturing operations, driving business performance, and enabling strategic decision-making across the region.
Earlier, he spent more than a decade with Nestlé, where he progressed through multiple leadership positions including Finance Controller, Assistant Factory Controller, Manager – Internal Audit & Control Framework, and Assistant Manager – Treasury. His tenure provided extensive exposure to factory finance, operational controlling, treasury management, risk controls, and business partnering within one of the world’s leading FMCG organizations.
He began his professional journey with NTPC as Executive – IPO & Treasury, supporting capital market and treasury initiatives, and subsequently worked with Voltas Limited as a Finance & Commercial Executive, building a strong foundation in corporate finance and commercial operations.
With expertise across financial strategy, treasury, governance, business planning, internal controls, manufacturing finance, M&A, and organizational transformation, Subhadeep is well positioned to support Stovekraft’s growth ambitions and strengthen its financial leadership capabilities.
His appointment comes at a significant time for the company as it continues to expand its product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, retail presence, and international operations while delivering innovative kitchen and home solutions to consumers worldwide.
