Before joining WNS, Krishnan held various senior roles at Genpact LLC for over nine years. He served as Vice President – Solutions & Practice, leading strategy and market-facing initiatives, and as Business Leader – Hospitality & Services, where he managed clients across four industry verticals, delivering strong business growth. He also served as VP – Global Operations Leader and Vice President F&A Solutions, where he built and managed global teams, set up large-scale operations, and contributed to the commercialization of Genpact’s captive business.

Krishnan’s earlier professional experience includes serving as Lead Professional Band at GE, where he was instrumental in streamlining global shared services operations, setting up new standards and policies, and supporting the transition of GE’s captive business to what is now Genpact.
