Portland, Oregon, United States, July 2025 — Kristen Zervis has been elevated to the role of Chief People Officer at LegitScript, marking a significant milestone in her nearly five-year journey with the company. In her new position, Kristen will lead the organization’s global people strategy, driving initiatives in talent development, culture building, employee engagement, and workforce innovation.
Kristen’s time at LegitScript spans over five years, during which she served in progressive leadership roles—from Director to VP, then EVP, People, and now Chief People Officer. Throughout this tenure, she has been instrumental in transforming the people function and aligning it with LegitScript’s mission of delivering cutting-edge compliance and risk management solutions.
Prior to LegitScript, Kristen spent more than five years at adidas, where she held multiple leadership roles including Director, Human Resources – US Retail, Senior Manager – Global Talent Futures, and Manager – HR Systems & Analytics. Her work at adidas was marked by her contributions to global HR technology implementations, leadership development, and building inclusive workplace strategies for large-scale retail operations.
Before adidas, Kristen contributed significantly to First Tech Federal Credit Union as Manager, HRIS & Payroll and earlier as HRIS Analyst and HR Generalist. Her efforts in systems implementation and workforce analytics laid the foundation for her tech-enabled HR leadership style.
Kristen’s early career also includes recruitment and HR operations roles at Adecco Employment Services and Champion Mortgage, where she gained frontline experience in staffing, compliance, and organizational support—skills that continue to anchor her leadership today.
