Newark, New Jersey, United States, May 2025 – Kristin Bisignano has taken on a new leadership role as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at NJ TRANSIT, one of the nation’s largest public transportation systems. In her new position, Kristin joins the senior leadership team, where she will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy, operational excellence, and employee engagement for NJ TRANSIT’s workforce of nearly 11,000 employees.
Prior to joining NJ TRANSIT, Kristin served as Head of Human Resources and HR Operations at Technogym, where she oversaw all HR functions across North America—including talent strategy, DE&I, payroll, benefits, and compliance. During her tenure, she significantly enhanced employee engagement, reducing turnover from 25% to 7% in under six months, and helped lead strategic growth, M&A, and digital transformation initiatives.
Before Technogym, Kristin was Principal HR Business Partner at HelloFresh, supporting diverse teams across growth marketing, tech, engineering, and product. She played a central role in scaling people programs, leading Workday and ADP implementations, and driving organizational design and post-M&A integration efforts.
Earlier in her career, Kristin held HR leadership roles at The Knot Worldwide, Verizon, and Hillrom, where she led large-scale change management, employee development, and transformation initiatives. She also contributed to talent development programs and global HR projects, including centers of excellence in AMEA and AsiaPac. Her deep experience across industries and scale makes her a strong asset to NJ TRANSIT as it continues to modernize and grow.
