Munich, Germany – October 2024 – Kristina Wegner has taken on the role of Head of People & Organizational Development at LKQ DACH. In this role, she will be responsible for driving change management, process optimization, and people development initiatives across the organization. Her expertise in transformation and communication will be instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
Kristina’s journey with LKQ DACH began in October 2021 when she joined as a Senior Expert in Organizational Development. During her tenure, she successfully led various transformation and change management projects, focusing on strategy development, change communication, and employer branding. Her work was pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhanced employee engagement.
Before joining LKQ DACH, Kristina served as the Regional Head of Communication at STAHLGRUBER Group, where she oversaw both internal and external communications. Her efforts centered on change communication, branding, and public affairs, strengthening the company’s market presence and internal alignment.
Kristina also worked independently for a period, offering consulting services in cultural and organizational change management. During this time, she helped companies navigate transformations and improve internal communication strategies, enabling smoother transitions and better cultural integration.
Her earlier roles include being the Director of Change Management & Change Communications at cetacea GmbH and the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Change Management at Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG. In these roles, she focused on driving cultural and organizational change, strategy development, and internal communication, significantly contributing to the companies’ growth and transformation.
