Under her leadership, TCS enhanced its corporate narrative, blending thought leadership and creative storytelling to position itself as a trusted partner for digital transformation worldwide.

Before joining TCS, Kritika spent over 12 years at CNBC-TV18, where she held multiple senior editorial roles, including Chief of Bureau for Mumbai & South India, Deputy Chief of Bureau – Mumbai, and Special Correspondent. She reported extensively on India’s corporate and financial landscape, anchoring interviews with industry leaders and shaping editorial direction for several flagship business programs. Her earlier stints at BBC Studios, Sanskriti Media, and The Times of India (Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.) further honed her expertise in media production, brand communication, and public storytelling.
