With extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, Krystle is set to lead HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and success.
Krystle Olson has been with FreshBooks for nearly three years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Interim Head of HR for eight months. In this position, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing HR functions and strategic initiatives.
Before that, Krystle held the role of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Culture for about seven months and was the Director of Talent Acquisition for two years. She played a crucial role in enhancing the talent acquisition strategies and fostering a positive work culture.
Before joining FreshBooks, Krystle worked at Shopify for nearly six years in various roles including Talent Attraction Lead, Research and Insights Lead, Senior Researcher – Security, and Researcher – Security. Her time at Shopify was marked by her ability to lead and collaborate effectively to find and retain top talent.
