With extensive experience in human resource leadership, workforce management, and HR innovation, Kumar will drive culture-building initiatives, employee engagement programs, and strategic talent acquisition to strengthen Max Estates’ position as a leader in real estate excellence. His leadership will be pivotal in enhancing workforce efficiency, operational effectiveness, and leadership development.

Before stepping into his new role, Kumar Alok Shubham served as General Manager at Max Estates Ltd., where he led key HR initiatives, policy formulation, and workforce strategy. His tenure was instrumental in enhancing HR processes, developing leadership pipelines, and fostering an employee-centric work environment.

Previously, he held the position of Deputy General Manager at Max Estates Ltd., where he contributed to HR transformation and strategic workforce planning. Before that, he was Senior Manager – Human Capital at Max Ventures & Industries Limited, focusing on talent development, HR analytics, and workforce engagement.

Earlier in his career, Kumar spent over five years at YES BANK, where he held multiple HR leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President and Senior HRBP, Senior Manager, and Manager, specializing in compensation & benefits, performance management, HR digitalization, and employee engagement.

He also gained experience in organizational development and HR automation at Philips and Tata Consultancy Services, building a strong foundation in HR technology, analytics, and people management.
