With over three decades of leadership across global technology and consulting firms, CTL brings an exceptional track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across diverse industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, and retail.
Prior to joining Bristlecone, CTL served as President of Tech Mahindra Americas, where he played a pivotal role in scaling business operations and expanding market share across the North American region. As a Member of the Group Executive Board at Mahindra Group, he also helped shape enterprise-wide strategies and innovation agendas.
His earlier career includes a transformative tenure at Syntel Inc., where he held key leadership roles including Head of Sales and Leadership Team Member, overseeing strategic accounts across verticals and fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity. Before Syntel, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Bahwan CyberTek Inc., where he established the company’s presence in North America and grew revenues from zero to $4 million.
CTL began his career at HCL Infosystems Ltd., rising through the ranks to become Head of South Indian Operations for HCL Frontline, where he led regional market expansions and helped secure a leading position in the home PC segment.
His appointment at Bristlecone is poised to accelerate the company’s growth as a specialized supply chain technology services provider, with a strong focus on digital transformation, AI-led innovation, and global delivery.
