Kansas, United States, June 2024 – MMC Corp is pleased to announce that Lara Blackert has joined as the new Chief Human Resources Officer.
With a distinguished career in human resources, Lara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role. Her most recent role was with Signify Health, where she served as Vice President Human Resources. Lara’s extensive expertise and strategic vision make her an excellent fit for MMC Corp, and her leadership will be instrumental in driving the HR transformation across the company.
Lara Blackert joins MMC Corp from Signify Health, where she served as Vice President Human Resources for about 2 years. In this role, she led the HR transformation across the enterprise, including leadership of HR operations, HR technology, employee experience, talent management, M&A, strategic projects, and DEI initiatives.
Prior to that, Lara was the Vice President Human Resources/Head of HR at Caravan Health (a part of Signify Health) for approximately 3 years. She was responsible for the leadership of the people strategy for the healthcare organization.
Earlier in her career, Lara held significant roles at Compass Minerals. She was Director Human Resources-Corporate for about 7 months, Talent Management Director for around 3 years, and Human Resources Business Partner for about 3 years. Her contributions included driving organizational change management, leadership development, and strategic HR initiatives.
