Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, United States, July 2026 — Connors Group has announced the appointment of Sauvik De as Delivery Director, Workforce Management. In his new role, he will lead Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) engagements, ensuring clients consistently realize value through high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and successful transformation outcomes. He will also oversee resource planning and staffing forecasts, support strategic sales initiatives, strengthen technology partner relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive practice growth and client success.
Sauvik brings more than 21 years of international leadership experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM). Recognized as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, he has successfully architected enterprise HCM and WFM strategies, led end-to-end hire-to-retire transformation programs, and delivered large-scale AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, government, and professional services.
Prior to joining Connors Group, Sauvik served as Director – Human Capital Advisory at KPMG, where he advised senior executives on business transformation, technology modernization, process optimization, compliance, risk management, and workforce strategy. Before that, he was Senior Manager & Workforce Management Pod Lead at EY, helping organizations transform workforce management through business process optimization, labor modeling, advanced scheduling, governance, implementation, and change management.
Earlier in his career, Sauvik spent more than seven years at Infosys, where he led the company’s global Workforce Management Consulting practice. During his tenure, he expanded the practice from less than US$5 million to more than US$13 million, secured over 25 marquee client engagements, and grew the consulting team from fewer than 50 professionals to more than 150 specialists across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He also held leadership positions at Kronos (now UKG) as Solution Architect and Solution Consultant, leading global workforce management implementations and shaping strategic consulting solutions for multinational organizations. He began his professional journey with Infosys Technologies Ltd. and HCL Technologies, building a strong foundation in enterprise consulting and human capital technology.
Sauvik holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Systems from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, complementing his extensive expertise in workforce strategy, organizational transformation, and digital innovation.
