Joining the organization at a pivotal stage of its growth, Nikesh will lead the Group’s financial strategy as IHCM continues to expand its integrated model of care and deliver innovative, high-quality healthcare, rehabilitation, and social care services across the United Kingdom.
Bringing more than 35 years of finance leadership experience, Nikesh has built an exceptional career spanning healthcare, hospitality, energy, private equity, and financial services. Renowned for leading business turnarounds, growth strategies, corporate governance, and finance transformation initiatives, he has successfully partnered with executive leadership teams across the UK, the Middle East, and international markets to strengthen financial performance and support long-term strategic growth.
Prior to joining IHCM, Nikesh served as Chief Financial Officer at King’s College Hospital London, Jeddah, where he played a key role in commissioning a new 150-bed private hospital, overseeing finance, procurement, information technology, and commercial payer functions. Before that, he was Group Chief Financial Officer at Taiba Hospital in Kuwait, leading the finance function across a diversified healthcare group. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Sidra Medicine in Qatar and as Vice President – International Services Group at HCA Healthcare UK, following his successful tenure as Chief Financial Officer of The Wellington Hospital, where he led financial strategy for one of the UK’s leading private healthcare institutions.
Earlier in his distinguished career, Nikesh held senior finance leadership positions across globally recognized organizations, including Qatar Foundation – QMDI, ADS Holding LLC, BP, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Zurich Insurance. At BP, he held several executive finance roles, including CFO – Marine & Energy Lubricants, CFO – UK Retail, and Chief of Staff – Global Retail, contributing to large-scale transformation, strategic planning, governance, and operational excellence. His appointment at IHCM reflects the organization’s commitment to strengthening its executive leadership team with experienced, values-driven leaders who will help deliver its long-term growth ambitions.
Nikesh is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), bringing extensive expertise in financial leadership, governance, transformation, and strategic business partnering across complex global organizations.
