New York, USA, May 2024 – LaTasha Jamison has recently joined BNY Mellon as the Vice President, Learning Operations & Implementation Lead. In her new role, LaTasha will be responsible for overseeing learning operations and leading implementation strategies to enhance the organization’s learning and development initiatives.
LaTasha’s most recent role was at JAGGAER, where she served for over ten years in various capacities. Most recently, she was the Senior Technical Trainer. She effectively devised and executed a comprehensive technical training strategy for a strategic sourcing solution, leading to quarterly improvements in learner engagement and a decrease in support calls. LaTasha developed and delivered hundreds of client training webinars and classroom training sessions, achieving high participant satisfaction ratings and increased user adoption.
Before becoming a Senior Technical Trainer, LaTasha was a Technical Trainer at JAGGAER, where she continued to refine and implement training programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain training materials in alignment with new product releases.
Prior to JAGGAER, LaTasha worked as a Housing Specialist at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh. She managed a caseload of approximately 650 clients, ensuring compliance with HUD Section 8 subsidized housing standards, facilitating wait-listing, rent calculations, application procedures, and annual eligibility recertification.
LaTasha also has experience as an English Teacher in the Gyeonggi English Program in Korea, where she assessed and implemented ESOL program procedures, served as a liaison between students, parents, and the school, and provided rigorous instruction to support English and academic content retention.
Earlier in her career, LaTasha worked at Verizon Wireless in various roles, including Data Coordinator and Retail Customer Care Representative. She provided technical support for wireless data and voice service issues, responded to high-volume customer service calls, and resolved data equipment and service issues.
