Trondheim, Trøndelag, Norway, May 2024 – Nina Olufsen has started a new position as Chief Strategy & People Officer at ScaleAQ. In this role, Nina will oversee strategic initiatives and human resources management, driving growth and innovation within the organization.
Nina Olufsen has been with ScaleAQ for over two years. Before her current role, she served as Group CCO & Strategy, where she was responsible for leading strategic initiatives and commercial operations. Prior to that, she held the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.
Before joining ScaleAQ, Nina was the Chairman of the Board at Morris Stockholm, where she also served as Interim CEO. She has been a Board Member at SpareBank 1 SMN and Holta Invest AS, showcasing her expertise in executive advisory and strategic leadership.
Earlier in her career, Nina held senior leadership roles at Mylna Gruppen AS as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Orangery Design AB. She also served as Konserndirektør Bolig at Mestergruppen AS, where she was responsible for the Housing division, implementing strategies to build Norway’s leading house-building company.
Nina’s extensive experience spans various industries and roles, including executive positions at Norrøna Retail AS, Broadnet Holding AS, and Credo Partners AS. Her diverse background in finance, strategy, and human resources makes her a valuable addition to ScaleAQ.
