Ireland, June 2024 – Laura Brooks has joined The Coca-Cola Company as the new Director, People and Culture. Bringing a wealth of experience in human resources, Laura will lead the strategic initiatives to enhance the people and culture at the organization.
Laura previously served at AbbVie as a Human Resources Business Partner from November 2021 to June 2024, based in Westport, County Mayo, Ireland. At AbbVie, Laura was instrumental in driving HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and managing various HR functions to support the business goals.
Before her tenure at AbbVie, Laura spent nearly a decade at INPEX Australia. She started as an Industrial Relations Officer in January 2012, and over the years, she progressed to the roles of Senior ER/IR Officer and IR/ER Advisor. From August 2019 to August 2021, she served as a Human Resources Business Partner in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia, where she played a pivotal role in managing employee relations and HR advisory functions.
Laura also has experience working at HNZ Global in human resources from May 2010 to January 2012 and served as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at Clarion Hotel Liffey Valley from October 2006 to October 2010.
