Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, August 2025 — Laura Mohan Assoc CIPD has been appointed Head of People at WPP Media. In this role, she will lead people strategy and organizational development as the company evolves for the AI era, drawing on her deep expertise in employee relations, leadership, and HR strategy.
Prior to this appointment, Laura Mohan served as HR Business Partner at Core for over seven years, where she was instrumental in shaping HR practices that aligned with business growth. Her tenure was marked by her ability to build trusted partnerships across functions and deliver effective people management strategies.
Before Core, she worked at Sysnet Global Solutions as an HR Business Partner, where she contributed to key HR initiatives and employee engagement efforts over a nine-month period in a fast-paced tech environment.
Earlier, she held roles at Core Media Ireland, initially as HR Officer and later as HR Manager. During this two-year span, she developed her leadership capabilities and played a key role in operational HR execution across media teams.
Her career began at Publicis Group, Ireland, where she worked as an HR Executive for nearly four years. In this foundational role, she gained broad experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance in a creative and collaborative setting.
