Schaumburg, Illinois, United States, March 2025 – Laura Mueller has joined Groundworks as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and workforce transformation initiatives. With Groundworks’ commitment to operational excellence and expansion across the U.S., Mueller’s expertise will be instrumental in fostering a strong, high-performing culture.
Mueller joins Groundworks from Convergint Technologies, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for over three years, driving HR innovation, leadership development, and talent strategy. She previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Convergint, where she played a key role in aligning HR operations with business growth objectives.
Before her tenure at Convergint, Mueller was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aprimo, where she led organizational development, HR strategy, and workforce planning. She also held leadership positions at RSA Medical (now Care Integration Services at Xerox), Nordex USA, and DMG America, overseeing key HR transformations, restructuring initiatives, and large-scale talent acquisition projects.
Mueller holds a M.S. in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and has completed the Chief Human Resource Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education. Her deep expertise in HR leadership, organizational culture, and strategic workforce planning will be pivotal in supporting Groundworks’ continued growth and success.
