Zurich, Switzerland, September 2025 – Laura Oliveira has been appointed as the Head of People & Culture at Futurae Technologies AG, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished HR leadership journey. In her new role, Laura will lead talent, culture, and organizational development strategies to align with Futurae’s mission of delivering secure and seamless digital experiences across industries.
Prior to joining Futurae Technologies AG, Laura Oliveira served as the Head of HR CH/AT at Starbucks for over two years, where she played a key role as an Executive Board Member. She was instrumental in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals, implementing enterprise tools like DocuWare, DocuSign, and SuccessFactors, and spearheading employee engagement and leadership development initiatives across Switzerland and Austria.
Before her time at Starbucks, she contributed to comparis.ch AG as L&D Project Manager & People Business Partner for around a year, where she focused on talent development, leadership coaching, and L&D interventions supporting organizational growth.
Earlier in her career, Laura held multiple impactful roles at Workday over a span of approximately five years, including Sr. Customer Success Manager DACH, Customer Success Manager DACH, and Value Manager DACH. During this tenure, she worked closely with clients on strategic transformation initiatives, customer adoption, and value realization through cloud-based HR and finance systems.
Her earlier professional experiences include serving as HR Consultant at xcg executive consulting group ag and holding leadership roles at Apple in the Zurich area, where she focused on talent management, employee development, and retail leadership training. Laura holds a Master’s in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St.Gallen, reinforcing her strong academic and strategic foundation in global HR practices.
