Colorado, USA – Laura P. has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Boulder Scientific Company. With over two decades of progressive experience in the HR field, Laura is poised to lead the human resources department at this pioneering specialty chemicals manufacturer.
Before her latest role, Laura served as the Director of People & Culture at AGC Biologics, where she was involved from April 2023 to April 2024. During her tenure, she played a critical role in shaping the company’s HR policies and culture, particularly focusing on global strategic initiatives and enhancing organizational dynamics.
Prior to AGC Biologics, Laura was at Canyon Bakehouse for over four years, where she functioned as a Human Resources Business Partner. Here, she acted as a key liaison between the corporate HR function and on-site employees, providing guidance on various HR matters and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Laura’s earlier roles include significant positions at Medtronic, where she started as an Assistant HR Manager at the Norfolk plant and was responsible for supervising and mentoring management while handling core HR functions such as employee relations and performance management. Before Medtronic, she spent a decade at Covidien, evolving through roles from HR Administrator to Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where she developed deep expertise in compensation strategies and benefits administration.
