Burlington, Massachusetts, May 2024 – Lauren Andrews has joined Finvi as the new Sr. Director, Human Resources. With extensive experience in employee engagement and HR strategy, Lauren brings valuable expertise to the team, aiming to enhance HR practices and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Lauren Andrews previously served at ETQ, where she held the position of Director, Employee Engagement (HR) for over a year. In this role, she partnered closely with leadership and executive teams to align people strategies with business goals, cultivated a coaching-centric culture, and drove workforce planning and expansion globally.
Prior to her role at ETQ, Lauren was the Culture and Engagement Leader, People Strategy & Engagement at The Boston Beer Company. Here, she partnered with senior leadership to design and implement strategies for measuring and utilizing employee feedback, managed business resource groups, and conducted regular focus groups to assess company culture.
Earlier in her career, Lauren worked at ETQ in various roles, including Employee Engagement (HR) Business Partner and Sr. Employee Engagement (HR) Representative. She provided direction to employees, coached leaders on employee relations, talent management, and performance management, and was a founding member of the DEI core taskforce.
Lauren also gained valuable experience at WinterWyman as an Employee Engagement (HR) Coordinator, managing staffing and onboarding processes, multi-state compliance, and employee benefit programs. Her career began with internships at Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Converse, where she developed social media platforms, performed reference checks, and created recruiting resources.
