MUNICH, BAVARIA, GERMANY, June 2026 — F11, a leading technology company providing digital advertising solutions for brick-and-mortar retailers and brands, has appointed Lea Mikus Höltmann as its Chief People Officer (CPO). Having worked closely with the company as an advisor for more than six months, Lea now joins F11 full-time to lead its people, culture, leadership, and organizational scaling agenda as the company enters its next phase of growth.
In announcing her appointment, Lea reflected on a career spent building people functions across organizations at different stages of development—from strategy consulting and high-growth scale-ups to investor-backed environments. Her focus has consistently been on designing organizations, leadership structures, and operating models that enable businesses to scale effectively and sustainably.
At F11, Lea will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and building the structures required to support continued growth and innovation. Her appointment reflects the company’s commitment to investing in talent, culture, and organizational excellence as strategic enablers of long-term success.
Prior to joining F11, Lea served as HR Portfolio Manager at Armira, where she partnered with portfolio companies on people strategy, organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and talent-related value creation initiatives. During her time with Armira, she worked closely with leadership teams across multiple businesses, helping them build scalable organizations and strengthen leadership capabilities.
She also served as Vice Chairwoman of the Advisory Board at Enactus Germany, contributing to leadership development, entrepreneurship, and innovation initiatives while supporting the organization’s broader mission of empowering future leaders.
Earlier, Lea spent three years with Celonis as Global Director, People Strategy & Analytics, where she played a key role in supporting the company’s rapid international growth. She led strategic initiatives across workforce planning, organizational design, talent analytics, leadership effectiveness, and people strategy, helping scale one of Europe’s most successful technology companies during a period of significant expansion.
Before Celonis, she worked as a Manager in Human Capital Advisory at Deloitte, advising organizations on organizational transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management. Her consulting experience enabled her to work with senior executives across industries on complex people and business transformation challenges.
Lea began her consulting career with Accenture as a Strategy Consultant, supporting clients on growth strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she also held the role of Talent Strategy Lead DACH at AlphaSights, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and leadership hiring across the German-speaking region.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Strategy, Leadership & Management from the University of Amsterdam, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational leadership, business strategy, and management.
Throughout her career, Lea has built expertise in people strategy, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, workforce analytics, organizational scaling, culture transformation, and business growth. Her unique blend of consulting, operating, and investor-side experience positions her well to help F11 build the organizational foundations needed to support its ambitious growth trajectory.
As Chief People Officer, she will play a critical role in aligning talent, culture, leadership, and organizational capabilities with the company’s long-term strategic objectives, ensuring F11 remains an employer of choice while continuing to innovate and scale.
