We aim to expand our international footprint, with a strategic focus on key growth markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. We will position ourselves as the preferred partner for enterprises seeking BPM solutions.

Our strategy includes significantly scaling our solution capabilities by expanding our service delivery infrastructure, enhancing technological capabilities, and forming strategic partnerships that allow us to serve clients across different regions.

In terms of process transformation, we are committed to leveraging advanced automation, AI, and other technologies to drive the end-to-end value of business processes and provide efficient and adaptable solutions to the evolving needs of Enterprise 4.0.

Developing solutions like PEARL (now called MYNDAPX) and ACT reflects our commitment to automating complex business processes while maintaining compliance. Our Procure-to-Pay automation tool, PEARL, leverages AI and RPA to streamline procurement, ensure accuracy, and enable better vendor management. On the other hand, ACT is a comprehensive compliance tracking tool that helps businesses keep pace with changing regulations without an administrative burden.

The vision behind these products is to deliver intelligent automation that enhances control, transparency, and operational efficiency, freeing up valuable resources that our clients can reinvest into strategic initiatives.

Customization for various industries is at the core of Mynd’s offerings, which are delivered via superior configurable module design architecture in all our technology platforms. For instance, our offering of multi-country payroll management today houses different geographies in one platform, providing an enhanced experience to an enterprise user and simplifying the process to a great extent. All this leads to compliance across countries and cost savings in comparison to a discreet country-wise service provider engagement model.

With the integration of AI, Robotics, and Analytics into Mynd’s offerings, how do you see these technologies transforming the business processes of your clients?

The combined impact of AI, Robotics, and Analytics has been nothing short of transformative. They have resulted in a quantum leap in elevating user experience, significantly reducing processing timelines, and achieving substantial cost efficiencies. We have embedded AI into all our helpdesk operations, leading to smarter, more responsive client interactions and improved service turnaround times. We deploy robotics across various repetitive processes that require access to multiple systems, automating labour-intensive, error-prone, and time-consuming tasks.

We have had breakthroughs in managing invoice-to-payment cycles, where we successfully cut processing times by 50% and reduced processing costs by 40% in the first year of implementation. Another significant achievement has been in the helpdesk space, where our BFSI clientele experienced a substantial improvement in user experience due to AI-driven enhancements.

These technological infusions highlight our commitment to leveraging technology to drive transformational outcomes for our clients. Compliance is critical to our service offerings, especially for our multinational clients. Our centralised payroll and compliance solutions are supported by country-specific expertise via a network of in-country partners, ensuring seamless integration of local regulations for clients in multiple countries.

Our platform, such as ACT, is designed to handle complex compliance requirements across jurisdictions, providing peace of mind that all legal obligations are met accurately and on time. This approach has allowed us to successfully support clients in ~20 African countries, the Middle East, APAC, and Europe.

As Mynd expands globally, what strategies are you using to enhance international client engagement and deliver localised solutions in diverse markets?

As we expand globally, we continue to sharpen our approach to client-centric delivery, automating processes to their fullest potential and creating innovative solutions in the context of industry/client-specific requirements.

Our global offices in Singapore and the UAE will be instrumental in driving regional growth and operational excellence, while our digital platforms enable centralised management with localised compliance.

Two stories come to mind. The first is our work with one of India’s largest telecom infrastructure players on their account payable process. We deployed an innovative, in-house-developed technology platform called MYNDAPX for them, eliminating manual invoices and enabling data capture and validation processes. We helped them achieve a nearly ~50% reduction in the total cost of operations and built a highly scalable model that is growing with their business.

Another example is when we worked with a leading global integrated security management client on their payroll processing and statutory compliances. We provided coverage for 1,00,000 Employees, helping our client save close to ~40% of costs and enabling the client to scale their business hassle-free. There are many more success stories which have been created along the way.

Throughout these engagements, we developed a deep understanding of our client’s business and became strategic business partners for them. We worked closely with them to dive deep into their industry and business model and create something that truly unlocked their potential.

As we align with Enterprise 4.0, our strategic focus is to simplify and automate processes to their fullest extent to enable business growth and faster scaling. Our vision is to redefine the BPM landscape by creating forward-thinking solutions that are responsive to current demands and predictive of future business challenges.

We strategically invest in AI and other technologies to enhance transparency, security, and efficiency across our Financial and HR services, empowering our clients to thrive in the rapidly changing digital landscape.

Are there any new products or enhancements in the pipeline at Mynd, particularly in the areas of process automation, compliance, or technology integration?

We are strategically channelling our investments into not just building new products and solutions but also constantly enhancing the effectiveness and functionalities of our existing products. For example, we are embedding AI and automation across our offerings to drive efficiency and transformative business value.

We are also focused on closely examining the micro components of business processes to identify and fill gaps, create an ecosystem where processes talk to processes and seamlessly interact, and contribute to our vision for Enterprise 4.0.
