Chicago, Illinois, United States – Leah Peters has been promoted to the position of Director, HR Program Integration & Strategy at Boeing, effective April 2024. Celebrating her new role, Peters stated, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director, HR Program Integration & Strategy at Boeing!”

Leah Peters’ Journey at Boeing:

Leah Peters has dedicated over 14 years to Boeing, showcasing a consistent upward trajectory in her career path within the company. Before her recent promotion, she held the position of Senior Manager, Product Line Management at Boeing Distribution Services Inc., from November 2020 to April 2024. In this role, she was responsible for leading product management strategies and enhancing executive visibility and performance metrics.

Her career at Boeing also included significant roles such as Senior Manager, Enterprise Program Management where she led major initiatives from November 2019 to November 2020. Additionally, as a Project Management Specialist from October 2014 to November 2019, Peters was pivotal in managing corporate governance materials and executing director logistics at company-wide events.

Earlier Roles at Boeing:

Prior to these roles, Leah was deeply involved in compliance and regulatory roles, overseeing Boeing’s international finance and anti-corruption compliance programs between 2011 and 2014. She managed international due diligence and was integral in supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration for Boeing’s Contracts & Pricing functions. Starting her career at Boeing as a Business Analyst through the Business Career Foundation Program, Leah developed a strong foundation in financial controls, integrated scheduling, and international business development.
