New York City Metropolitan Area – November 2024 – Regeneron has appointed Leslie Cascone Rohrbacker as Executive Director of Human Resources. With an extensive background in HR transformation, corporate governance, and talent management across prominent global organizations, Leslie brings a wealth of expertise to support Regeneron’s expanding global network focused on life-transforming biopharmaceuticals.
Leslie joins Regeneron from Boyden, where she was a Partner specializing in executive search and HR strategy. During her time there, she contributed significantly to corporate governance and talent management, bringing a transformative approach to executive recruitment and strategic human resources.
Before Boyden, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP (BAL), overseeing operational and strategic growth initiatives. Leslie played a pivotal role in recruitment, retention, and enhancing workforce capacity. She recruited a new C-suite team, advanced digital talent acquisition efforts, and implemented initiatives that positioned BAL as a top law firm for diversity and employee engagement.
At Fragomen, Leslie held the role of Chief Human Resources and People Officer. There, she led a comprehensive HR transformation that enhanced the firm’s global human capital strategies. Among her achievements, she launched an award-winning development program, a digital rewards platform, and established a worldwide Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Leslie also directed the successful integration of multiple acquisitions and led the firm’s COVID response team.
Earlier in her career, Leslie was Vice President, Chief Human Strategy Officer at The Medicines Company, where she built a highly engaged global HR team and led initiatives to improve employee offerings, which contributed to the company’s growth and eventual acquisition by Novartis. Her work at Fragomen and The Medicines Company demonstrates her ability to drive HR transformation across diverse sectors.
