Natasha brings a wealth of experience in strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, and transformation, making her an excellent addition to NCR Voyix, a 140-year-old global leader in digital commerce solutions.
Natasha joins NCR Voyix from AstraZeneca, where she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for over two years. In this role, she was instrumental in enhancing talent retention, conducting in-depth attrition analysis, and leading strategic initiatives such as succession planning, organizational development, and culture-building efforts.
Before her tenure at AstraZeneca, Natasha worked at Fiserv as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Over her four years there, she managed comprehensive HR functions, including employee engagement, talent management, and HR policy formulation, while driving total rewards and compensation programs to promote workforce satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
Earlier in her career, Natasha held key HR roles at athenahealth and SAP, where she focused on HR process improvements, automation, and the implementation of HR strategies to enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration. She also gained valuable experience in talent engagement and career progression planning at Mahindra Satyam BPO, setting a solid foundation for her career in human resources.
