Hartland, Wisconsin, United States, October 2025 — JX Truck Center has announced the appointment of Lexie (Anhalt) Solberg as Vice President Human Resources. In this leadership role, she will oversee the company’s people strategy, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives, strengthening its workforce of over 1,200 associates across 27 locations.
Prior to joining JX Truck Center, Lexie served as Group HR Director – Data Centers at Modine Manufacturing Company, where she led the global HR strategy for the company’s data center vertical. She successfully developed workforce strategies to support growth, innovation, and operational efficiency while leading global initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, and change management.
Before that, as Director – Talent Acquisition & Talent Development at Modine, she built strong recruiting and development frameworks, advancing employee engagement, performance management, diversity strategies, and succession planning. Earlier, during her tenure as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Briggs & Stratton, she directed recruiting processes for professional and managerial roles, partnering with HR and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs.
Lexie also spent over six years at Kohler Co., where she held several roles including Manager – Talent Acquisition and Sr. Recruiter – Global Faucets, focusing on enhancing candidate experience, talent attraction, and market expansion across multiple business units. Her earlier career includes impactful stints at Novo Group, Inc., Aerotek Engineering, and foundational experience in hospitality at The Wisconsin Club, which helped shape her customer-centric approach to leadership.
Her elevation to Vice President Human Resources at JX Truck Center reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of employee growth, operational excellence, and community-driven values as it continues to expand its presence across the trucking industry.
