Singapore, December 2025 — Lhen Perez has taken on a new global leadership role as Global Head of Strategic Talent Sourcing, Operations & Technology at Citi, marking a significant expansion of her responsibilities within the organization’s global talent ecosystem.
In this role, Lhen Perez will lead Citi’s global strategic talent sourcing agenda, overseeing recruitment operations, technology enablement, and scalable talent delivery models across regions. Her appointment reflects Citi’s continued focus on strengthening enterprise-wide talent infrastructure to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Lhen Perez has built a strong career at Citi over more than eight years, progressing through several senior leadership roles in talent acquisition and strategic sourcing. Prior to her global appointment, she served as Senior Vice President and APAC Head of Strategic Talent Sourcing, where she led regional sourcing strategies across Asia Pacific. Earlier, she held roles including Vice President, APAC Talent Acquisition – Professional Services Head and Vice President – Head of Recruitment, Citibank CBPS (Philippines), supporting large-scale hiring, migration initiatives, and recruitment operations from selection through onboarding.
Before joining Citi, Lhen Perez spent over six years at AIG, where she served as Head of Talent Acquisition for the Philippines & Guam, partnering closely with business, HR, and shared services teams across multiple legal entities and locations. She managed recruitment centers and led staffing operations aligned with business expansion and operational growth.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at Chartis as Human Resources Director, and at AIG as Senior HR Business Partner, supporting workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. She also served as a Strategic Project Manager, where she was trained in Six Sigma methodologies and DDI Leadership programs, leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
Lhen Perez is certified in Six Sigma methodologies and DDI Leadership programs, supporting her expertise in analytics-driven talent operations, workforce optimization, and strategic HR transformation.
