Chicago, Illinois, United States, May 2026 — Linda Boltz has stepped into a new role as Head of HR, Global Markets at GE HealthCare, marking a significant leadership advancement within the global medical technology and digital solutions company.
Boltz has been with GE HealthCare for nearly four years and previously served as Senior Executive, Head of HR – Patient Care Solutions Segment, where she supported HR strategy, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and people priorities for a critical healthcare business segment.
Before joining GE HealthCare, Boltz built a distinguished 13-year career at Baxter International Inc., where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles across global pharmaceuticals, renal care, clinical nutrition, science and technology, R&D, employee relations, specialty pharmaceuticals, global IT, and enterprise HR transformation.
Earlier, she held workforce strategy and HR leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, where she supported workforce planning, HR business partnership, and organizational effectiveness. Her early career also includes leadership roles at SEI Information Technology, where she gained broad experience across customer care, account management, and regional coordination.
With more than two decades of experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, financial services, HR transformation, employee relations, and global business partnering, Boltz brings deep strategic HR expertise to her expanded role at GE HealthCare.
