Before joining Strattec Security Corporation, Linda served as an Executive HR Consultant at Korn Ferry from October 2023 to November 2024, where she provided expert guidance on human capital matters to executive teams. She also maintained a private HR consulting practice, advising companies on strategic HR matters and supporting leadership teams in achieving business goals.
Previously, Linda was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, People, and Culture at SomaLogic, where she led HR initiatives through a pre-IPO to post-IPO transition. Her role included compliance, HR audits, and workforce expansion, doubling the company’s size in just 12 months.
From 2018 to 2021, Linda held the role of Division HR Leader, Spine at Zimmer Biomet, contributing to market growth and cultural transformation within the global spinal implant and robotics division. Her role involved aligning HR strategies with challenging market dynamics and fostering a resilient company culture.
Earlier in her career, Linda served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Surgical Solutions, LLC, where she implemented high-performance culture initiatives and managed corporate reorganizations. She also held a significant role as the Director of Human Resources at Leica Biosystems for nine years, where she drove talent management strategies across US and German operations, supporting global business functions and international HR practices.
