New York, United States, March 2025 – Lindsay Glick has stepped into the role of Vice President Talent Acquisition at Brixmor Property Group, marking a strategic elevation in her talent leadership journey. In her new role, Lindsay will lead Brixmor’s national talent acquisition strategy, driving employer branding, talent pipeline development, and strategic hiring practices across the company’s expanding retail portfolio.
Lindsay has been with Brixmor Property Group for over two and a half years, most recently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition, where she played a pivotal role in scaling recruitment efforts, implementing new talent strategies, and supporting organizational growth. Her efforts have helped position Brixmor as a preferred employer in the commercial real estate sector.

Prior to Brixmor, Lindsay was Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at VTS, where she led talent acquisition efforts to support rapid growth in the proptech space. Before that, she served as Associate Director at The Bachrach Group, where she developed expertise in corporate recruiting, client management, and executive placement across multiple industries.
