United States, August 2025 – Lindsay R. has been appointed as the Chief People and Performance Officer at Katch, where she will lead the company’s people strategy and performance initiatives to support its human-first, tech-forward approach to payment coordination. In this role, Lindsay will focus on building a connected remote work culture, enabling professional growth, and ensuring team members are equipped to deliver smarter outcomes for clients across the United States.
Most recently, Lindsay served as Head of People and Culture/Chief People Officer at Ideal Image, where she transformed the company’s people function from an outsourced model to internal Centers of Excellence. She successfully realigned organizational structures, introduced flexible and humanized policies, modernized compensation frameworks, and drove retention initiatives, contributing significantly to employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Before that, she was Global Head of HR/CHRO at Victory Innovations, a high-growth, PE-backed product innovation company. Joining as one of the first 50 employees, Lindsay scaled the people function globally, supporting 10x headcount growth across North America, Europe, the UK, and Australia. She implemented HR technology platforms, expanded international operations, and introduced innovative talent practices that maintained voluntary turnover at below 5% during a critical expansion phase.
Earlier, Lindsay served as Vice President, People, Culture, and HR at Diversified Maintenance, where she oversaw HR for a workforce of 10,000+ employees nationwide, leading large-scale recruiting, HR technology transformations, and retention strategies. She also held a senior role at Syniverse, where she partnered with global leadership teams to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational realignments that delivered multi-million-dollar savings and stronger operational efficiency.
She began her senior HR leadership journey with Milliken & Company, as Global Division Vice President, People, Culture, and HR, where she shaped people strategy for a $500M division spanning diverse industrial segments. Prior to that, she held progressive HR leadership roles at TTI Floor Care North America, where she led the HR function for a $700M consumer and commercial business, and earlier roles at Olympic Steel provided her foundation in corporate HR program management.
