New York, United States, September 2024 – Lindsey Siegel has joined LineLeap as the Director of Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Lindsey will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy to support the company’s rapid growth in the nightlife and entertainment industry. She will focus on building a dynamic talent pipeline to enhance LineLeap’s innovative technology platform and drive success as the company expands its customer base.

Before joining LineLeap, Lindsey Siegel served as Principal Technical Recruiter and Head of Talent, Technical at Fetch for nearly 5 years. She played a key role in building Fetch’s tech team during a period of hyper-growth, helping the company realize its vision of transforming the shopping experience into an engaging, rewarding, and innovative journey.

Prior to Fetch, Lindsey held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at The Mom Project, where she contributed to connecting talented women with flexible work opportunities, supporting the company’s mission to redefine career structures for women in the workforce.

Earlier in her career, Lindsey worked as a Technical Recruiter at GoHealth, where she helped revolutionize the health insurance shopping process by recruiting top talent to enhance the company’s mission of simplifying health insurance for consumers.

Lindsey also brings experience from Solving IT and Impellam Group, where she specialized in IT staffing and talent solutions, further establishing herself as a leader in technical recruitment.
