Lisa Christian has been with Dragonfly Health for over a year, previously serving as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, where she led key people initiatives, including workforce optimization and leadership development, to enhance employee engagement and organizational growth.
Before Dragonfly Health, Lisa spent over eight years at StateServ Medical in multiple leadership roles, including VP of Human Resources. She was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee development, and enhancing organizational culture across the company.
Earlier, Lisa dedicated over 13 years to Neutron Industries, where she held several HR roles, including HR Manager, Employee Development Manager, and HR Generalist and Lead Sales Trainer. During this time, she significantly contributed to employee development programs, leadership training, and operational excellence, helping the company maintain its competitive edge in specialty chemicals for business environments.
