New York, United States, March 2025 – Lisandra Ambrozio has been named Vice President, People Experience, Commercial Oncology & Emerging Markets at Pfizer, marking a significant milestone in her nearly two-decade-long journey with the organization. In her new role, Lisandra will lead HR strategies to enhance the people experience across critical growth areas in oncology and global emerging markets, supporting Pfizer’s mission of delivering breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.
Over the past 18 years at Pfizer, Lisandra has consistently held strategic leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President, People Experience, Emerging Markets, where she oversaw workforce transformation and talent strategies across diverse regions. Prior to that, she was Senior Director, People Experience, Emerging Markets, and Senior Director, HR Lead, Latin America Biopharmaceuticals Group, where she played a pivotal role in organizational development and change management initiatives.

Before joining Pfizer, Lisandra gained deep expertise in rewards and compensation through her roles as Senior Consultant at Towers Perrin (now WTW) and Consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, supporting major clients across Latin America and North America. She began her career as a Human Resources Coordinator at AB InBev, laying the foundation for her career in global HR leadership.
