New York, United States, June 2024 – Lisette Fantauzz has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Gellert Global Group. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Lisette is set to drive strategic HR initiatives, support overall business objectives, and guide the company towards continued success.
Lisette Fantauzz joins Gellert Global Group with a robust background in human resources spanning multiple industries. At Gellert, she will lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Prior to this, Lisette was the Vice President of Human Resources, Americas at Takasago International Corp (USA) for over 14 years. In this role, she directed HR missions, partnered with executive leadership, and oversaw all regional HR functions, including policy development, talent acquisition, succession planning, and change management. She led cross-functional teams to implement organizational initiatives and enhance efficiencies.
Before Takasago, Lisette served as the Human Resource Director at eDist Security, where she established the corporate HR function, developed employee-facing programs, and managed recruitment and retention processes. She proactively worked with senior leaders to address HR issues and implemented creative solutions, including successful benefit renewal negotiations.
Lisette also worked as a Senior HR Consultant & Project Manager at Compensation Resources, Inc., where she partnered with senior leadership of Fortune 500 organizations to develop strategic HR programs. She directed consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term results. Her work included total compensation studies, salary administration programs, performance metrics studies, succession planning, and recruitment strategies.
