Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Liton Saha has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Unify Facility Management Pvt Ltd. In his new role, Saha will lead the strategic HR initiatives of the organization, focusing on workforce development, operational excellence, and talent management across the company’s diverse service offerings.
Prior to this, he was the Head of Human Resources at Innovsource for over three years, where he led key initiatives such as profitability enhancement, execution excellence using the 4DX methodology, and succession planning to achieve business objectives and financial growth.
Before his role at Innovsource, Saha served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Edelweiss Financial Services, where he played a significant role in scaling the business by expanding its presence across 30 locations and increasing its financial portfolio. He also led the implementation of advanced HR platforms and job leveling structures to improve HR efficiency.
Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Manager – Human Resources at Zee Learn Ltd, where he reinforced employer value guidelines, developed talent roadmaps, and executed strategic People Annual Operational Plans (AOP) to align HR strategies with business objectives. His earlier experience also includes HR leadership roles at Ranbaxy, Abbott, Johnson Controls, and TCI Group, where he excelled in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations across diverse industries.
