Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 – Lohit Bhatia has been appointed as Executive Director & Group Chief Executive Officer of Quess Corp Limited, marking a significant milestone in his nearly two-decade journey with India’s largest staffing and workforce solutions organization. In his new role, Bhatia will lead the company’s strategic direction as it strengthens its core workforce solutions business while expanding into new growth corridors powered by technology, AI, and talent innovation.
Announcing his new role, Lohit emphasized Quess Corp’s purpose-driven mission of creating livelihoods, enabling enterprise growth, and contributing to economic development across India and international markets. With a workforce of over 480,000 employees and thousands of enterprise clients, he highlighted the company’s commitment to its three core pillars—employees, customers, and shareholders—while outlining a vision focused on operational excellence, workforce development, and technology-enabled transformation.
Lohit Bhatia has been associated with Quess Corp Limited for over seven years and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer, after leading the company’s Workforce Management business as President. During this period, he played a pivotal role in strengthening Quess’ market leadership, driving client engagement, expanding workforce solutions capabilities, and supporting the company’s growth across multiple sectors and geographies.
Prior to his elevation, Lohit held several senior leadership roles within IKYA Human Capital Solutions, a division of Quess Corp, including CEO – Staffing, Director – Staffing Solutions, Vice President – Sales, and General Manager – Staffing Sales (North & East). Across these assignments, he led business expansion initiatives, strengthened customer relationships, scaled staffing operations, and helped establish Quess as one of India’s most influential workforce management organizations.
Before joining Quess, Lohit served as Center Head at Laurent and Benon Management Consultants Ltd, where he was responsible for business growth and talent solutions. Earlier, he worked with ClearPlus Inc. as Head Commercial – Noida Special Economic Zone, managing commercial operations and business development activities. He also held the position of Deputy Manager Marketing at JCT Limited, The Thapar Group, where he gained valuable experience in marketing, customer engagement, and business strategy.
An alumnus of Apeejay School Of Management, Lohit completed his PGDBM in Marketing and has built a distinguished career spanning workforce management, staffing solutions, sales leadership, business development, and enterprise growth.
His appointment comes at a transformative time for Quess Corp following its strategic restructuring and renewed focus on workforce solutions. With his extensive industry expertise and deep understanding of the organization, Lohit is well positioned to lead Quess Corp into its next phase of growth, innovation, and global expansion.
