Subramani joins the digital education solutions provider with more than two decades of experience spanning human resources leadership, organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce optimization, change management, and HR consulting across global technology, industrial, retail, and education-focused organizations.

In her new role, she will be responsible for building and scaling Imagine Learning’s India workforce, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee experience, and aligning people strategies with the company’s mission of empowering educators and learners through innovative digital-first education solutions.

Prior to joining Imagine Learning, Subramani served as Head of Human Resources, India at Analog Devices, where she led the company’s India HR strategy and talent initiatives. Before that, she spent nearly four years with Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) as HR Leader – APAC, partnering with leadership teams to build and develop high-performing teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers supporting Honeywell’s software and SaaS transformation journey.

Earlier, she played a pivotal role at Flipkart as HR Leader for Emerging Businesses, where she led human resources for the company’s new and rapidly evolving business units. She also headed the Talent Management and Succession Planning Center of Excellence, helping build organizational capabilities and leadership pipelines during a period of significant growth.

Subramani’s career also includes leadership roles with ANSR, where she supported the establishment of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for Fortune 500 organizations, and more than eight years with IBM, where she led large-scale HR transformation, workforce optimization, organizational design, and change management initiatives across India, Europe, and the United States.

Her consulting portfolio includes multimillion-dollar HR transformation programs involving workforce redesign, talent management solutions, HR service delivery transformation, HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise-wide change management for global corporations across industries.

Prior to IBM, she held HR leadership positions at Verismo Networks, Adobe India, Tavant Technologies, and Planetasia.com, building expertise across talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, leadership hiring, and business transformation.

An alumna of Strathclyde Business School, where she earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Subramani is widely recognized for her ability to align business growth with talent strategy, drive large-scale transformation initiatives, and create high-performance cultures.

Her appointment comes at a time when Imagine Learning continues to expand its global footprint and strengthen its commitment to delivering innovative educational technology solutions that support millions of learners worldwide.
