Ahmedabad, India, June 2026 – Anblicks, a global Data and AI solutions provider, has elevated Abhishek Kumar Singh to the position of Senior Vice President – Global Resource Orchestration & AI Readiness, expanding his leadership mandate to include enterprise-wide workforce orchestration, capability transformation, and AI readiness initiatives across the organization.
In his new role, Singh will focus on aligning talent strategy with Anblicks’ rapidly growing Data and AI business, ensuring the organization has the skills, structures, and workforce agility required to support global client demand and emerging AI-driven business models. His responsibilities will include strategic workforce planning, resource optimization, talent transformation, capability development, AI readiness frameworks, and global talent orchestration across multiple geographies.
Prior to this promotion, Singh served as Vice President – Resource Management, Talent Development & Talent Acquisition at Anblicks, where he led cross-functional teams across India and the United States. During his tenure, he partnered closely with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives, improve resource utilization, strengthen talent acquisition capabilities, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Among his key achievements were the implementation of demand-supply forecasting models, structured resource allocation governance, workforce optimization initiatives, enhanced recruitment agility, and targeted capability-building programs designed to improve productivity and service quality. He also played a critical role in building high-performing teams and strengthening retention strategies across the organization.
Before joining Anblicks, Singh spent more than a decade with STL (Sterlite Technologies Limited), where he progressively advanced through multiple talent acquisition leadership roles. As Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, he led global hiring initiatives across Optical Fiber, Network Services, and Telecom Software businesses. His experience included leadership hiring, campus recruitment, employer branding, global workforce planning, and multi-country talent acquisition across India, North America, Europe, APAC, and Australia.
Earlier in his career at STL, Singh successfully supported large-scale transformation programs, helping scale teams from approximately 400 to more than 1,100 employees within two years. His contributions earned him multiple internal recognitions, including consecutive Best HR Awards.
Prior to STL, Singh held leadership positions with IMS People, where he managed technology recruitment and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) operations, and with Acro Service Corp and Shikshaplanet, building expertise in global technology recruitment, talent acquisition operations, client management, and workforce solutions.
With more than two decades of experience spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, resource management, organizational capability development, leadership hiring, and HR transformation, Singh has built a reputation for creating scalable talent ecosystems that support business growth and operational excellence.
