Stockholm County, Sweden, September 2024 – Lotta Larsson has been appointed as the Head of People and Culture at Oncopeptides AB (publ). In her new role, Larsson will oversee the company’s human resources strategies and initiatives, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Oncopeptides AB (publ), Lotta Larsson served as Head of People at BioLamina for approximately one year and four months, where she was responsible for overseeing HR functions including communication, compensation, and benefits.
Before her tenure at BioLamina, Larsson was the Group HR Manager at RaySearch Laboratories for about thirteen years, where she managed various HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
